The love story of Mayumi and lance starts in the house of Mayumi’s cousins’ birthday. Mayumi falling in love in Lance and she called it love at first sight. For her he is her right one, her future husband, the one she was waiting for and her destiny. Lance is a Chinese descendant and the only boy of his family. They became lovers despite of the objection of Lance family because in Chinese tradition he is obliged to marry a girl which is also a Chinese descendant. But unexpectedly, Mayumi got pregnant and was forced to marry Lance which alarmed the family of Lance because Mayumi is not a Chinese. They set a date of their wedding but since the family of Lance objected it, the wedding was canceled. The family of Mayumi felt that Lance betrayed them because of the broken promises. Then Lance proposed to Mayumi in second time around and promised that he will marry Mayumi at this time. But like what happened on the first time he proposed, the wedding was cancelled again because of his family. Until on the third time he proposed to Mayumi, the family of Mayumi disagrees because they say it’s too much. But because Mayumi really love Lance and because they already have a baby, she accepts the proposal. Then they get married and the family of Lance accepts Mayumi as a member of their family.
